While I have no comment, positive or negative, on whatever issue it is that this T&S came from, I suspect that the pattern of prints evident may be a type of order which is far more popular - and, in fact, standardized - in the futures markets called a "scale" or "scaling" order.

In this type of order, anticipating (or reacting to) certain price trends, the trader will designate an initial contract/share amount, and will further designate that subsequent executions be done in equally incremented or decremented amounts.

For example, 5000 as the initial order size, decrementing by two hundred with each trade: 5000, 4800, 4600, etc.

That would be my quick guess, but I'd certainly like to hear what Gene has to say as well -
