<Could you please tell me why the *hell* you are cluttering up this board with the results of your day trading>

Using words like *hell* breaches basic netiquette and shows a total lack of courtesy. Please chill out a little, Neil.

To others on the thread - sorry if I've irritated any of you - at worst, I thought that trading data presented in real time could provide some useful information to TA traders (many of the entry/exits were based on intraday or multiday Fibonacci ratios), whether profits or losses were made.

My intent was not to broadcast or brag about my trades - it's just that I've been pretty disgusted at the brutal drop in CREE's price as a passive LTBH investor, and thought that it was time to capitalize on some of the severe volatility with the purpose of adding some more shares to my core position at a favorable price.

I'd like to take a poll - who thinks I should stop posting information about short-term trades in CREE?

In the meantime, I will try to do my share of posting stuff which will please FAs.

Today, I was shopping with my wife and daughter at Times Square in downtown Hong Kong. HK is a mecca for mobile telephones, and there are tons of "hole-in-the-wall" booths where self-employed entrepeneurs run a business providing various modifications for mobile phones, of which the most popular mod consists of replacing antennas with those containing multi-color LEDs or adding high-brightness LEDs into the display screen or keypad for extra illumination.

I saw plenty of CREE (I think) leds - ultrabright green, blue, and whites. Tiny packaging - each rectangular shaped unit must have had a surface area less than 1mm-squared. The source of light came from the center of the package - a dot smaller than the smallest grain of sand, yet with an intensity bright enough to stun the eye when viewed very closely in darkness.

I didn't have time to ask for prices, but I'm thinking of adding a couple of extra green leds into my Nokia 8850 which already has an array of white CREE leds.

Wasn't really in the mood to buy anything - the market has put a damper on my moods. Came home with a pack of 18 Wilson Bimetal golf balls. Thinking of hitting the links on Monday to relax a little.

One of these days, I'm thinking of making my own Xmas tree lighting decorations using a bunch of CREE blue and green leds. Guess I'll have to look elsewhere for the reds. Low power consumption, heatless, non-fire hazard, perpetual lights - will last a lifetime...
