Dear Victor: I understand your feelings completely. Mine are the same. Whether its true or not, the Legal Morass we are in IMHO effects ME and my feelings about investing. I believe its a major contributor to this market, meaning I dont think EVEN GOOD NEWS from a company can overcome it. So, frankly I am doing far less research and all on stocks at this time. I just would wish the US Supreme Court would end this once and for all. I have come to the conclusion that so long as the money is available to pay them attorneys will continue to file lawsuits. This is BAD FOR AMERICA. I am adopting Shakespears attitude toward attorneys. JDN
