elmat- So what is keeping Fixed Broadband Wireless from rolling out in enough numbers to generate stats?

ILECs will rollout residential ADSL because of cable modem competition. As far as business, my fear is ILECs will do nothing until Fixed Broadband Wireless is a serious threat. How come it's not? -MikeM(From Florida)

PS I like you overall description of ILECs. Big, slow, monopoly-like government organizations. I need to keep that picture in my head.
