The argument that all votes must now be recounted - at this late date - is not pursuasive. The vote tabulations of the individual canvassing boards should be prima facie or presumptively correct unless the contesting party can show them to be incorrect. Yes, I am suggesting that the failure of the Bush campaign to request a manual recount at the proper time is fatal to their argument now that such a manual recount must occur.
