We will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the common stock. ============================================================ Assuming these 67,029,396 shares are part of the alleged $10,000,000 financing, this averages .15 per share. However if all these shares have, or will be acquired for the $2,000,000 previously mentioned then the average is .03 per share. All comments and theories welcome. Tom B.
