<<<<<<<quidel response will be strong and to the point. they did not infringe and will countersue becton. also they have alternate flow technology to use in case bdx gets nasty. this suit is about money and never threatened quidels earnings to a significant degree. the market response is stupid and will be reversed very soon when the facts begin to come out. already several botique brokerages in san diego are placing clients in the stock in advance of this news. we will see quidel in double digits before next quarters earnings are announced. street estimate is .04-.05. this will be beat. the big quarter will be the one after that, it will be huge.>>>>> Howard, You seem like a very nice fellow. Your opinions would garner more respect if you gave sourses and rationale for your conclusions. Otherwise, I'm afraid it sounds like "irrational exuberance".
