What a silly argument. Why would anyone wanting to count all the votes be for throwing out any votes? I'm sure not. If people have committed voter fraud, then fry their hides. No one is hand picking precincts here. No one is even hand picking counties. Bush has had several cuts at the pie, but has failed to ask for any recounts. The Florida Supreme Court even offered Bush the opportunity to recount in counties, but he failed to act. Look at the chutzpah now for Bush team to claim that since Al Gore didn't make these requests on Bush's behalf, that Gore is the one not being fair.
