"..Margin is an incredible tool, but not for the average investor..." Indeed daffodil, and perhaps herein lies a fundamental issue.....thanks to this incredible bull market, i believe many have become, if not lazy, then less than diligent in their trading.....i think if more attention had been paid to the implementation of basic trading mechanics such as a valid stop loss methodology, risk management and position sizing, these margin related issues would be of less importance.....margin is a valuable tool in a traders arsenal if used judiciously.... regards.....ian
