perhaps Clarence Thomas was the best conservative black judge available I would imagine that population to be extremely small if not nonexistent the pressure was on Bush to replace Thurgood Marshall with another black justice (Marshall, perhaps the laziest justice who ever served) personally, I have said worse comments to women friends in the workplace and got slammed, but never by Personnel / Jim (looking under your skirt from cyberspace)
