You're dreaming if you think Bush legal team will sit still for "disputed ballots" being counted first. No way they would risk creation of new image of reality and then have to fight to slug through the "undisputed ballots."

IF judge allows ANY recount, the first order of business is a long, hard fight over who will count in what way.

Once that's decided, the first order of business is another count of Broward's newly found votes; this time with a standard.
