Phil Beck of the Bush team is just spankin the Gore "expert", who seems to know nothing about rubber or how to measure the durometer of rubber. He answer to most questions about rubber, "I don't know". Hey, just an idea as I really know less than zero about the law. Does it seem to anyone here that maybe the FL SC rejection of the two Gore cases yesterday was a little effort to "clean house" before the in-laws come for a visit? IMO, the FL SC probably are more guilty of being a little too active in their recent decision for Gore than say actually overstepping their authority. I tend to view the two recent rejections as offering a little balance towards offsetting any claim of partisan influence present on the first case. Just a thought. HAGO TH
