I thought IJ said the royalty rate was the same regardless on CDMA flavor.

If VZ and Sprint are out with 1X and 144 KBS per second late next year, that will be a big marketing advantange into the next Holiday season. By the time AWE gets its 3G in place, VZ and Sprint are likely to be offering HDR. T can perhaps overlay HDR instead of the EDGE, in which case Q gets the royalties from the HDR IP. Am I missing something?
