It seems like Baker was first in court.

Do you notice how your radio jocks and stuff have you thinking this is a war? It's not, it's an election. It's easy, count the votes, congradulate the winner and tell the loser better luck next time.

It's the DeLay street theater action committee that is trying to make a war out of this (and he may succeed). I doubt it, but like insurance, I got a nice new Marlin rifle which is suitable for deer hunting.
