jm: Merrill Lynch said it initiated coverage of Tommy Hilfiger as a near term accumlate and a long term buy today in the morning. that is just two trading days before tom's earnings. merrill lynch got balls to initiated coverage before earnings .that means they must know something positive and also morgan stanley did the same yesterday. they must be very positive on tom's upcoming earnings, otherwise why not come out later after tom's earnings and annouce their ratings on tom and save face. bought more shares today based on tommy's excellent management and their expandion to europe. chien
