I am looking forward to the Motion to Strike - I assume they do that in Florida - here in Virginia you can move to strike the Plaintiff's case on the basis that they didn't make a prima facie case. If they don't get the entire case struck, maybe the part about the rubber strips will be struck anyway. What a bozo!
