Wow, I'm really surprised they didn't include a requirement for birth certificate, which is the only proof of citizenship that most people have, after all.

Our whole voting system is very trusting. A Greek coworker of mine said the first time he went to the polls he was amazed that they just asked his name. He said, if I knew my neighbor was out of town I could have voted for him too. He said in Greece you show up with two forms of photo id before you can vote. And there are no absentee ballots.
