Kenneth, the cross examination should not and will not escape the scrutiny of the media. Let's just hope the judge gets the full picture. Poor guy's got a lot on his plate.

Anyway, there's an old adage:

Statistics are like a bikini. What they reveal is interesting, however what they conceal is very crucial.
Ain't it sorta like Bush thinking he got more votes than Gore and pretending he's president 'cause he had someone to short-circuit the voting statistics, i.e., the votes!

I also get the feeling the cross-examination plans on bogging down Hengartner on detail and thereby take up a lot of court-time. Delaying tactics against the fair recount has been Bush's strategy since day one.
