Well that is just amusing, considering what nice productive and creative people secularists are. Who would YOU rather have for a neighbor Cosmic? A secularist, or Chris Land? Who would YOU rather have teach your child? A secularist or Chris, or even Greg, who would probably not be able to contain his missionary zeal. I, although a humanist, have great respect for the beliefs of others- except in places of open debate. I would never discuss my beliefs with a child of someone else, nor would I want to threaten in any way, the belief of another. I can feel that way because beliefs are relative to me- and mine, though obviously superior in my eyes, I realize is not superior in everyone else's. That makes me infinitely more trustworthy. A true believer cannot be trusted- because doing good (according to whatever metric they use) and being right with God is supreme- what anyone else might believe, or feel, or want, is of no importance when it butts up against their belief.

So I suppose the people really laying waste to the world are all the zealots. Secular people can build a civilization, it only takes a few zealots to tear on down. Poor Greg got it backwards.
