Ellen the solution is simple. Honesty is all that is required. If none voted for someone who was obviously a liar and if none voted for someone who calls someone who has lied under oath the best that ever was, then we would not have all kinds of cheating going on. But it appear that 49% of people who voted in this election do not understand that their vote would lead to this kind of a waffle. Al Gore on 11-17-2000 "I will abide by the outcome of this recount.
