You don't answer my question about accepting the rule that you can request a re-count but not livung up to the rule that says when it must be done by. Whether Bush "waivered" when asked by the Supreme Court is irrelevent. The Gore team still couldn't get the votes counted by either deadline, and the second deadline almost tripled the time allowed. If you look at it practically they actually increased the counting time by a factor of four because the request being made at the end of the 3rd day only leaves four days to complete a count.
