Frankly, no, Republicans would not cry foul, becuase there is no opportunity for false voting or fraud to take place...simply getting ballots sent out and administrative tasks made easier. In fact, Gore is not crying foul, and insists it has no desire to help bring these cases to court, and right so I might add.
