I didn't say there was a case. The FL legislature will act by Dec. 12 to seat the Bush electors. Due to the multiplicity of litigation on both sides this election will not be resolved by that date. They will exercise their Constitutional responsiblity to the people of FL to make sure that FL's electoral votes are cast. JLA
