I don't disagree. I just think these type of arguments made a lot more sense at 109,99,89,79,69,59,49, etc. At 8 bucks, we're going more on speculative venture pricing. Just as many of the techs were priced for perfection back 6 months ago, many now are priced for imperfection. If there is ANY good news, the stocks should lift.
If the product doesn't sell, then it doesn't deserve to have a share price in the numbers listed above.
If we're in a recession, that will affect everything. I tend to think that Mr. GreenJeans will be neutral to easing over the next 6 months and a recession will be avoided.
As far as money flows in general, there still is a huge pool of money out there and where are they going to put it? Hong Kong? London? Germany? Japan? Each one of those areas are in worse shape than we are vis-a-vis politics, economic stability and growth potential. |
