The results are known. Bush won once, he won twice, he even won after Gore changed the manual ballot review and selected precincts he knew would fall in his favor. How many wins does Bush need for the outcome to be known. It doesn't matter if Bush won by 100 votes or 1 million. If we believe in our process, then he won. If we don't believe in our process, then no one has ever won an election. Reality is our perception. No states election process could withstand the assault Gore's swat legal team has administered toward it.
