The butterfly ballot suit was dismissed. Where ya been? As for Seminole and the other, those suits are clearly frivolous. No Court will disenfranchise voters based upon a technical violation of the statute which has been cited by the gorons. At least that's the theory the FLSC espoused in rewriting the counting deadline to benefit Gore. JLA
