I do not enjoy the shame of others. I do have a sincere disdain for those who shame themselves by maliciously denigrating others with the use of lies, distortions, misleading commentary & intentional deceit. It only enhances my resolve when these folks & their supporters choose to cover past indiscretions with denial, feigned ignorance &/or more lies & deceit. It speaks volumes to me when folks remain silent to these deplorably actions, yet publicly support these people &/or participate themselves.
One way to express my disdain is to confront these people with indisputable facts & make use of clearly accurate descriptions of these words & deeds. I have no problems using verbatim quotes & cold hard facts to expose the lengths these people will go in attempting to bring down another.
Yes the truth hurts. If someone chooses to continue to be confronted with the truth & continues to be hurt by it, then perhaps it is time to embrace the truth rather than straying from it, abusing it, distorting it & misrepresenting it only to be hurt again & again & again. I do feel sorrow for these people, but I will not accept blame for their self induced pain.
Once again you say invective. It is & remains accurate descriptions of words & deeds taken in context & applied to/compared against cold, hard facts. It is the truth that hurts here. Not the accurately defined description of it.
I understand your feigned inability to comprehend select portions of my post. It makes it much easier to avoid the harsh reality behind them. I have made note of the issues you feign ignorance on as well as those which you chose to ignore completely, not to mention the deplorable actions your silence appears to support. That speaks volumes to me.
As for the length of my rebuttals to those who choose to maliciously denigrate others with lies, distortions & intentional deceit; Sometimes it takes more than a short sound byte to lay out a clear case that exposes the truth in an indisputable manner.
OTOH, it only takes a few words & a scant few minutes to maliciously denigrate while ignoring any & all facts in creating a compelling tale to support the false perception one may wish to invent. IOW, it is much easier to make up lies & distortions since there is no need to bother with cold hard facts. No reliance on reality or factual information is needed. Yes, it takes little time & imagination to post numerous, yet false malicious personal attacks. However, the effort necessary to expose these misdeeds, lies & distortions cannot be undone by simply saying you disagree. Perhaps I should resort to numerous short, yet false & malicious personal attacks instead. Would that be acceptable to you?
One other point Poet. I have never held myself out to be an investment guru & in fact have clearly articulated that point in the past. I choose to read & learn from these threads & numerous other sources. I do post on this subject on occasion at my personal discretion however.
However, I have put my professional skills to good use IMVHO. FWIW, I have seen my replies to those who are truth/factually challenged, actually help expedite the return of a thread to intelligent discussions on stocks & investment philosophies ET AL. Most folks choose to stop with the lies & deceit when directly confronted with the truth & cold hard facts that exposes them for what they really are. Only a select few persist. In the end, most folks are able to sort out the facts & move on to the main topics. That is a good thing me thinks.
It appears however, that you seem to have problems with my abilities in this arena & wish to draw it into question, or at least attempt to silence it. That too, speaks volumes to me.
However, regardless of your invective, I will share my POV when & where I see fit. That goes for any subject I choose, not the ones you may wish to limit me to.
RE: nolimitz..... yes, I suppose that was easier than addressing the truth & a few cold hard facts. Apparently there are a few limitz after all. It bothers me not one wit. However, it does fit my thesis described above, now doesn't it?
