oh tekie I concede <<we all know the market LOVES UNCERTAINTY>> I've acknowledged before that the uncertainty plays a part - but not the whole role of the decline <<drug (as well as several other sectors companies profit base COULD BE WIPED OUT BY GOV BILLS)>> with a slight Republican congress it wouldn't happen anyway and the market knows it <<THE MARKET WILL NOT RALLY WHEN BUSH IS FINALIZED>> I've always said the market will rally (at least temporarily )when this is over no matter which candidate prevails <<(but, watch for the i told you so, when it happens)>> since Bush will survive and we both agree the market will rally - I guess the only I told you so's from you will come if Gore wins and the market tanks <<its been a pleasure>> good luck, happy investing
