By "the State of Florida already decided it" do you mean
(a) the decision by the Florida SC to do recounts stands and the recounts continue until completed?
or
(b) the Florida Secy of State certified an election result and that result stands?
The appeal was on the Florida SC ruling. The USSC mostly sticks to the question at hand, so I doubt that they will say anything about the Secy of State.
Like Mad Dog, I am puzzled as to why the USSC granted cert. We shall soon see.
