Hi Kenneth,

I'm not sure what SCMR's public posture is going to be with regard to their ODSI vs OIF dilemma. It certainly doesn't seem to be stunting their growth yet, though. I suspect that they will quietly work on some form of compromise in such a way so as to not lose face entirely by having to cede to the OIFers (for the benefit of the market analysts, if for no other reason), while hoping that the OIF proposals fall by the wayside, like so many other grand frameworks do when they wander off into the grave yard filled with white elephants. The foregoing, I suspect, would be SCMR's hope, not mine ;-)
