Ok...I realize now that the Bush Cert. already exists with the national archivists in DC ready for Congress to consider. So, even if a second Cert. were created it should already be beyond the state Legislature. The whole State Legislature question should only have come up at all if there was no timely cert. at all. We already have one for Bush. So I think I was wrong saying there might still be a reason for the Fla. legislature to act. Perhaps if there comes to be a second cert., the Fla. legislature would officially back one of them...but by law I think that's unnecessary. Dan B
