I listened to the whole thing. There were some really pithy parts that I didn't grasp, but the gist of it I think will be that the Florida Supreme Court screwed up. I think they will be admonished slightly (whatever legalese that would be) without being slapped in the face, as it were...because I think the Florida Supreme Court was trying to do a good thing, they just failed to do it. The Florida law is goofy. It didn't take into account the situation that has occurred, and the Florida Supreme Court tried to fix it but they screwed it up. Personally, I have never read an entire Supreme Court decision about anything, ever. So this will be good for me.
