Context indeed. The decision to go into special session on Wed. was made AFTER the butterfly suit was dismissed. Moreover, the butterfly suit was frivolous and so are the Martin and Seminole County suits. In the end, this is just more demolib sound and fury signifying NOTHING (as usual). Boies and Co. had their asses kicked today in Court. Where are all the demolibs who were bragging about how the Dems had the better legal team tonight???? hahahahahahahahahahaha President-elect Bush has a nice ring to it, don't ya think? JLA
