Sitting around camp last night with my friend NPEC, various thoughts were running through my head. Like why the hell were we sitting around in the dark with no campFIRE? He said that the Chile would soon be ready, but I saw no indication, I was getting very hungry, and I began to wonder If I should stick around waiting for the FIRE, and how long after that would I have to wait for the Chile. NPEC said he was my friend but frankly he has done nothing for me lately, I wonder if I should be his friend for much longer, or maybe I should hold out for the FIRE and then bolt. But I would still be hungry. The Chile sounds a little too good to pass up. I am so darn confused. Bob F.
