Maverick, I agree with ya. Beck's smooth. And I think the Bush legal team picked Beck to lead on this not only 'cause he's fared well in the past against Bois, but also because Beck looks a bit like a younger version of the judge.

But I still gotta tell ya, it's near-frightening checking out that male-dominated table, sittin' all smug-looking, almost like a male jury behind Beck. I thought our legal system was better balanced than that. Oh, well. It's Bush World--LOL!

Finally, I think the Bois team will revisit the statistics area before the trial concludes. But it is possible, given the way it's going, that they might want this particular trial to end quickly in order to get it to the Supreme Court.

Although I like the personality of the the judge, he does seem a bit Bush-slow-driven, don't he?
