Eight out of eight heads is a rare occurrence...a 1 in 512 event...but the sample size is way too low to pass muster.

The sample size for his analysis was plenty big enough and the optic vs punch card differential was certainly significant to determine "something" was happening. What I would like to have known(still haven't seen the whole tape cause I'm posting here<g>) is how he ruled out the people doing the voting as the cause of that "something happening".
