If you've read the entire set of New Haven Advocate articles on New Haven Police Department incompetence you must have continually noticed the names of Captain Brian Sullivan and Detective Thomas Trocchio. If those names don't sound familiar by now they should-- they both played major roles in the Jovin murder investigation. Little wonder why the investigation was a total farce from day one, to put in mildly. I wouldn't be surprised to see Sullivan face yet another grand jury when this whole thing is said and done. I honestly believe that the moment a "real" investigation is launched, Suzanne's killer will be found very quickly. I also believe (hope and pray) next Monday, December 4, the second anniversary of the murder, ignites a passion that will finally bring closure to all involved. - Jeff
