Dan, Boise has shown the shady side of lawyering down in Florida. He misled the Florida supreme court on the Illinois case. Now we are discovering they played fast and loose with their expert witnesses. I read somewhere there are already ethics charges filed against him with the Bar or their ethics division. Why does it seem that democrat politicians, dedicated followers and now their attorneys are very loose with the truth?
