There is no S.E.C. requirement for a company to speculate on revenues, no matter how likely those revenues may be.

Once a significant contract has been signed the company must disclose that fact, but it may exercise wide discretion on the extent of the details which are released.

e.Digital is obviously very close to concluding several major contracts for supplying the juke Box to PC manufacturers as discussed on this thread in August. However, it will not disclose these contracts until they have been finalized and the PC manufacturer is ready to begin its marketing program.

You may safely ignore any comments that JT makes on financial matters. I have yet to see any posts from him that demonstrate any understanding of finance or securities regulations. Any when his errors are pointed out to him, he invariably ignores the correction, rather than admit his mistakes.
