I2, actually, I really ought to consider NWL more carefully at its current price, and not be so quick to dismiss it as I have in the past (at higher prices). Looks to me like the dividend's safe (protected). (But who really knows?). They took on lots more debt, but they get sales (presumably earnings also) from their acquisition(s). Paul
