Maybe I show keep working on (and try to promote) my own mining index. I would be interested in a past chart of such index you've created. BUT like the XAU your index is likely faulty as well. Any gold index should take into account the total dollar accrued from gold, as a ratio of the full-accrued revenue. And an appropriate weighting of the company thus given. This would result in a pure gold index. Something that has never occurred before, except in the papers of derivative speculators. Hutch
