YS, Nice summary and you didn't even get into FCC problems. I thought they were going to have to retool and use a licensed frequency. Could they have done it that fast or are they still using the 2.4ghz ISM band? I've wondered about the ISM (Industrial, Scientific , Medical) is it allowed to be used for Commercial purposes? You suggested that each hotel would need a T1, I thought each cell would be sort of a repeater system and retransmit back to the base station so there would only be the T1's necessary to get from ISP to the the internet backplane.
