I am not a lawyer, but I believe this is the appropriate time for a person to contest the election if he or she decides to do so, but I don't know how much time a candidate has to do so. I believe The Electoral College meets on December 16th or 18th.

Last week I heard on PBS that a former Miami Mayor was dismissed from office. I don't know his name and I don't know if Miami had a new election, but I believe the problem for his dismissal had to do with voter fraud but that is a guess on my part. Still, the reason for his dismissal had to do with a voter problem as far as I can tell. Wish I knew the circumstances but the news item passed by so quickly that I didn't catch the details.
