Sorry, just got to your post. Did you need me for an hour to help with the tree? No luck there, mine has been sitting in the garage for a week.

Seems I took a post from Rich1 and tried a firm in Vermont that ships the tree to you. Trouble was, there was a box on the bottom for instructions including when I wanted to have it shipped. I said December 14th, they shipped it right away. Not going to use them again.

Coal, eh? Good idea. Seems I am stuck buying another computer for my son Killer. He is the only one without one. Well, that's not true, there is an old Mac in his room but he wants a new DOS-based machine. That will make 8 machines up and running at any given time, plus three or four lying around the house that are old and tired. Then as well there is no phone line in his room so either it goes downstairs or .....

I dunno. Major Headache. I have around 4500 square feet of living space plus the cellar and no place to put anything.

Skateboards, train sets....that cool. I remember those days. Now it's cars, computers and such. I was going to just give my eldest a check because I know he needs money although he does not ask for it. Then my wife said not to because her present to him is a plane ticket to N'Orleans for Mardi Gras.

Couple of fish sounds a hell of lot less expensive than my house. Send that Santa over here when you are through with him. Sounds like a nice time, hope your holidays are merry.
