Deal size: 10,500,000 Price range: 15.00 - 17.00 Led by: Credit Suisse First Boston 11/15/00 -- Price reduced from 18.00 - 20.00. 11/2/2000 -- Increased from 7,894,737 shares. (These are holder shares added to the original deal size.) Both of these changes would normally bother me. The profitability and revenue ramp is impressive as hell. The product line lends itself well to the holiday season and, because of this, I would expect its numbers this quarter to be enormous. Timing on this one might just be perfect."
