Purcell's price is struggling in face of significant rise in price of NG. Hasn't risen above $3.80 in past few months and is now lying at $3.40.
Hard to figure this price drop, considering that PEL has gas and cashflow ($40-45 million = approx$1.70/share) to spare for the coming years. Where else can you buy a stock for less than twice forward cashflow.

Either PEL is simply being ignored because their cashflow is predictable or there may be a takeover offer coming this spring (from Talisman?) or from an unknown party before spring arrives. In either case it may be that their stock price is being suppressed, to facilitate a low ball aquisition price.

Either one, it's good opportunity for some investors.
I'm at 35% of my portfolio in this one stock and am cautious about getting in further and unbalancing my portfolio any more than it is already.
