Judge Sauls just passing time, best thing Gore team could do is stand up and ask for ruling and let everyone go home except those going to next appeal.

Far more impactful case coming Wed. with Judge scorned by Jeb Bush, on 19,000 absentee ballots. May not hold but almost bet she rules against Bush.

Hope U.S. Supreme court comes out up holding Sec. State and ending all this.

feel like we will get ruling tomorrow after Market closes.

P.S. - Bush needs to quit meeting with everyone but Greenspan, because we are going to have a deleterious Mexican Standoff - Tell AG if he'll lower rates he will not push for tax cuts. Kill two birds with one stone - NO BETTER TAX CUT THAN LOWER RATES - just look at your portfolio and those without one can start looking at the unemployment line..
