I think we'll get to see this tossed out of court tomorrow.

I've watched the entire proceeding. The democrats should be ashamed of themselves for bringing this case to court. It's an insult to one's intelligence. The democrats and Gore have lost all integrity through this trial and this appeal will surely be thrown out.
The positive aspect to the trial is that it should remove any doubt in any one's mind as to who is telling the truth and who is the liar.

At this point in time I could care less about what is said or done in these lawsuits because Gore should concede immediately before he destroys his party as he has already destroyed himself.
