I find the chart is very similar to the Nasdaq over the last year. Particularly the double top at Nikkei 33000 (Nasdaq 4200). If it holds true, then the Nikkei rally back to 28000 in August 1990 would correspond with a Nasdaq rally back to 3000.

I'm actually more intrigued by what happens to the TSE,S&P and Dow.
