Astoundingly, you'll find several who participate on this thread who wouldn't mind that a bit, so long as the dictator was named Bush.

I posed a similar question earlier and got two responses from SIers who wrote they'd prefer Bush become president even if he didn't win the national popular vote or the electoral college vote.
